What does it say?

When you have figured out the answer, then mail me what it says. Include your name, the word "semaphores" (to identify what competition you are participating in), in what country you currently live and, if applicable, your private homepage URL. (No commercial URL's accepted.) The first correct, and complete, answer from each country will get an entry in the Winner's list.

To make it more fun, participants from USA will get one entry per state! Do not forget to include the state where you live.
